Refund & Return Policy – Soralto Mart

At Soralto Mart, we strive to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • The refund for a cancelled order will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • The refund amount will include the product price and applicable taxes.

  • A full refund including shipping charges will only be applicable if the cancellation is made before the order is shipped.


2. Returns, Exchange & Refunds

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, on selected products from Soralto Mart.

  • To check if a product is eligible for return or exchange, please refer to the Shipping Info section on the product page.

  • Gift Cards and certain personal-use products (if mentioned on product page) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • It must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • Products missing original packaging (price tags, seals, labels, accessories) will not be eligible for return.

  • All returns are subject to a quality check. Refunds will only be processed if the product passes inspection.

Exchange Timeline:

  • Approved exchange products will be shipped within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.


3. Refund Process

  • Online Payments: The refund amount for returned items will be credited to the original source bank account or payment method within 5–7 business days, after a successful quality check.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If applicable, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account (details will be collected during the return process).

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us.

  • If the product you return does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange.

  • Soralto Mart is not responsible for products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
