Shipping Policy – Soralto Mart
At Soralto Mart, we take great care in delivering your products to you. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, delivery timelines, and related concerns.
1. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, our team inspects the products thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After passing the final quality check, the products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the address you provided during checkout. In case they are unable to reach you or deliver at a convenient time, they may contact you directly to resolve the issue.

We currently ship all over India, except certain remote or restricted locations. At this time, we do not deliver outside India.
2. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

Once the order is dispatched, you will be notified via message/email with tracking details.

You can use these details to track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
3. Processing & Shipping Time

Processing time: 1–3 business days (includes order verification, quality checks, and packing).

Shipping time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on your location or unforeseen logistical issues. While we always strive to deliver at the earliest, Soralto Mart will not be liable for delays beyond our control.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Charges may vary depending on product weight, size, and delivery location.

Free shipping offers will be communicated on specific products or order values, as applicable.
5. Refund of Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.

In case of cancellation, shipping charges will be refunded only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
6. Undelivered Goods

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us immediately at support@soralto.in.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, notify us within 48 hours of the delivery update. We will work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue.

Please note: Queries related to undelivered orders beyond 48 hours of marked delivery status will not be entertained.
7. Opened or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

Immediately inform us at support@soralto.in within 24 hours of attempted delivery.

Complaints made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
